The city offers parking in two garages—the Putnam Street Garage and the Mill Street Garage—as well as in several parking lots and at metered spaces in the downtown area. Additional parking lots are scattered throughout the city.

Parking Ticket Appeal
If you wish to appeal in person, the Parking Hearings Officer holds monthly hearings. To schedule a hearing call 978-829-1830 or visit City Hall, Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
