Please Note:  The City Clerk's Office will be CLOSED on Friday, January 8th in order to facilitate the move from 166 Boulder Drive to 718 Main Street.  Any calls to the Office will be returned on Monday, January 11th.


COVID-19 City Clerk’s Office Operations

In response to the COVID-19 health crisis, the Office of the City Clerk will be closed to the public and minimally staffed, but will still be available via phone and email.

Transactions such as dog licenses, vital records requests, etc. may be handled through regular mail to: Office of the City Clerk, 166 Boulder Drive, 银河娱乐app娱乐app, 银河娱乐app下载  01420, or by placing documents (in a sealed envelope) in the drop box in front of City Hall at the same address.

Special Temporary Extension of Premises Applications Available Online:

Applications for Special Temporary Extended Premises are available now online at jyyfhm.com/outdoorsales. Applications are being accepted for businesses allowed as part of the Governor’s Phase II Reopening from Covid-19 Order No.35.

City Census


Households with registered 银河娱乐app娱乐app voters and/or persons already listed as 银河娱乐app娱乐app residents will receive an annual city census form in January.  To maintain your name on the active voting list and provide proof of residency for the current year be sure to complete the form, sign it and return to the City Clerk within ten days of receipt.
 


Dog Licensing


 All dogs must be licensed every year.  Dog licenses issued for any given year expire on March 31 of the following year.  There is a grace period until May 1.
 
Owners of dogs not re-licensed by May 1 will be fined $15 plus the cost of the annual license fee(s) not paid.  Proof of current rabies vaccination is required in order to license your dog.  A reminder and option to license by mail is sent with the annual city census form.
